For institutions and individuals, we support impact investors to envision the society and planet they want to invest in, design an approach to prioritize meaningful impact and values alignment, and define what success means to the investor.

We work with clients to build out an impact investment strategy in alignment with their financial and impact goals. This involves reviewing the investment landscape in certain impact themes, building an asset allocation model of multiple public and private asset classes, and a policy document to guide processes and decision-making.

Once the strategy has been developed, we go to work on implementation, reviewing the landscape of qualifying assets across each asset category. We complete deal sourcing and due diligence on private debt and equity funds as well as direct investments and real estate. We invest in ESG screened public securities and separately managed funds with an advocacy component. Implementation is closely aligned with the investor’s impact objectives.

Once investments are placed, we continuously monitor and report on both financial and impact results and outcomes. We provide quarterly reporting, manage relationships with investees, and review and rebalance per the investor’s schedule, be it perpetual or spend down.
